To mitigate the risk of exhaustion, overtraining, and injury, Vi constantly calculates and tracks your workouts and health metrics. So, if you did a particularly taxing hill workout the day before, then the next day, she’ll prompt you to take it easy so you don’t tax that particular energy system or overcook your legs. Same goes for heart rate: If your morning resting heart rate is higher than usual and you’re feeling bone-tired during a session, Vi can advise you to cut back.
