Big Agnes Big House 4 ($299.95)
“If you can fit it (neatly) bring it.” That is my car camping motto, and when it comes to Big Agnes tents, you can fit a lot. After years of camping in a smaller tent with 2 adults and 2 big dogs, an upgrade was necessary. Big Agnes’ Big House 4 is a perfect amount of space. I love the 12 mesh pockets on the inside of the tent, which help for organizing your books, headlamps, socks, and whatever else you keep in your tent.
The Big House has two doors, which is good for middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks. I read some reviews online about how people were disappointed with vents, but I didn’t find this to be the case. However, the warmest night I spent in the Big House was around 71 degrees fahrenheit.
