Slowtide The Digs Changing Poncho ($69.95)
Ok this is the most ridiculous item I brought with me for comfy camping – but once I used it, it became a true necessity.
After my first dip in the cold lake, I threw on Slowtide’s The Digs Changing Poncho and a lightbulb went off. No more walking around with a towel precariously wraped around you, just sit back and relax in the Joaquin! When you are dry, you can change right there in the poncho.
At times I would even just wear the poncho to the showers (yes I got some looks from everyone at the campsite) but it doubled as a towel and made for one less thing to carry!
