For the 2016 road bikes, disc brakes and electronic shifting continue to make inroads, while advances in tube design have the once-maligned aluminum on the verge of a major comeback. Carbon models continue to get lighter and more aero. And while many of the high-end bikes now cost more than a Kia, several manufacturers are offering nicely-speced bikes at a price most riders can comfortably afford. These are our favorite new bikes for 2016.
