About the size of a pack of gum, Lumo clips to the back of your shorts and uses voice coaching (through paired phone and earbuds), advising you how to increase cadence, fix posture ticks, and even envision all the tweaks it recommends. After runs, the app suggests strength moves (such as single-foot hops or glute bridges) to amp your running prowess.
Bonus: If you run minus your phone, you can still pair Lumo after for a postrun report card.
