You’ll Forget You’re Wearing It
I thought Motiv would cause some issues mid-run (hello, finger swelling), become painful during certain bodyweight moves, and get in the way of free-weight work. But to my surprise, it wasn’t a nuisance. I didn’t notice it during a treadmill hybrid class that incorporated intervals and floor work. Kettlebell swings, planks, and overhead pressing didn’t cause the ring to dig, pinch, or squeeze. It wasn’t an issue during pilates either. I was able to move along a megaformer without stopping to adjust the ring.
