Mr Porter has paired up with some impressive names in the European sportswear industry to offer exclusive apparel for bicyclists and runners who want to look great while working out.
The men’s fashion retail website is working with renowned independent manufacturers Iffley Road, Pas Normal Studios, Café du Cycliste, and Soar on dedicated, new activewear collections to get kitted out on the trail, road, track, or wherever else you do your active thing this summer. Choose from t-shirts, shorts, jackets, water bottles, and caps that range in price from $15 to $300.
Aficionados will recognize these sportswear brands as among the very best in the world. The collections feature lightweight and technical fabrics and come in innovative designs and stylish colorways; Soar and Pas Normal tend to serve up a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, while Iffley Road and Café du Cycliste lean more toward classic, timeless designs.
Iffley Road, the British company founded by a husband and wife team, crafts running gear that combines technical performance with classic English styling that looks sharp and works well. Pas Normal Studios, a Copenhagen-based brand, makes bicycle apparel with an eye for detail that encompasses the technical aspect (high-performance fabrics, great fit) as well as the style (clean looks, contemporary cuts and fabrics). Soar Running’s six-piece capsule includes a vest, t-shirts, shorts and zip-through jacket that feels and works as good as it looks. The French company Café du Cycliste produces apparel as elegant as it is technically proficient. Their capsule has seven pieces including jerseys, bib short, cycling cap, and water bottle.
