These days, it seems like everyone is getting into the fitness tracker game. That much was clear at CES 2015, where the likes of Sony and even printer-maker Epson had new devices on display beside the new offerings from category leaders Garmin and FitBit. Most companies are trying to play catchup — either with the coming Apple Watch or the dozens of trackers already out there — and their bands do little more than keep tabs on the big three: steps, calories burned, and sleep.
