Nissan Sport Sedan
The Sport Sedan Concept was designed to inject some excitement back into Nissan’s lineup of competent-but-forgettable four-doors, and this metallic missile is anything but forgettable. Starting with the highly stylized version of Nissan’s “V-Motion” front fascia and working back along the sculpted flanks and bunker-like roof, it’s all very appealing.
Under the skin is a 3.5-liter V6, which Nissan says generates “300-plus horsepower.” It drives the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission.
That might sound familiar to Maxima drivers, and it should: The concept previews the next version of Nissan’s big sedan, and its styling should trickle down to other models as well.
