I religiously use Liquid Grip while lifting. It allows me a better grip around a barbell and it means I can deadlift some 75-100 pounds more. It’s not the messy chalk you see strewn across a gym floor either, so you can use it without leaving a crime scene in your wake. Word to the wise: avoid touching anything while it dries (it takes a few seconds). Let’s just say I’ve adjusted a wedgie or two, and my black athletic shorts have shown the results.
