A new, amped-up version of Zero’s electric dual-purpose bike also made its first public appearance at AIMExpo. The DSR has the firm’s new Z-Force motor that can push the bike to nearly 100 mph. Slowing down is managed by a Bosch anti-lock system. Adjustable Showa suspension, Pirelli tires, and an aluminum twin-spar frame improve handling. The DSR starts at $15,995 and options include the $2,674 Power Tank that extends range to a claimed 179 miles in the city and 86 miles on the highway. All without a tailpipe.
