Place 28 grams (about 2 tablespoons) of coffee in a paper filter inside the dripper. Slowly saturate the grounds with about 16 ounces of water heated to between 195 and 205 degrees.

Keep a consistent volume of water covering the grounds by pouring water over them in concentric circles every 30 seconds, until your cup is filled.
