Husqvarna 410 Concepts
Swedish brand Husqvarna faced a bumpy road in the past few years, having been tossed between corporate owners BMW and KTM like a hot potato. The 110 year-old manufacturer unveiled two concept bikes at EICMA that are stirring enough to turn the company’s fortunes around. The 401 Vitpilen (“White Arrow” in Swedish) and 401 Svartpilen (“Black Arrow) are cleanly designed rides that manage to delicately straddle the line between nostalgia and futurism. They also mark a significant departure from Husqvarna’s dirt-focused roots, promising to take the company in a new direction if and when they appear in 2016, as projected.
