Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, elbows by sides, hands in front of you at chest level. Lift left knee up to hip level in front of you. Push off right foot and leap over to left, landing on left foot with right knee lifted; hold for one count. Leap over to right (landing on right foot with left knee lifted); hold for one count. Then do three leaps (left, right, left) and hold. Do 3 reps; switch your starting leg and repeat the entire series.
