Side to Side Rolls
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, arms extended in front of you at chest level, elbows bent by sides (as if holding ski poles), shoulders down. Allow feet (and legs) to collapse over to the left, rolling on to the little toe of your left foot and big toe of your right foot. Keeping upper body still, roll through center and over to little toe of right foot, big toe of left. Continue rolling back and forth for 10 reps.
