9. Cleaning the Garage
Why it works: Pull everything out of your garage. That alone could be a 90-minute workout, perhaps more if your garage is packed. All the lifting, pushing, and pulling will gas your muscles from head to toe.
Keys to success: Unless you want this workout to be an annual experience, make a pile for the trash, a pile for charity, and a pile to keep. If you clear out enough space, consider installing a garage gym.
