Surprise Them
When Banner was doing research to help long-term, older couples deal with erectile dysfunction, one of her favorite assignments was having them plan a surprise for one another. One woman decided her surprise for her partner was a pair of silk boxers. It may seem silly but Banner says this woman and her partner were incredibly turned on by this gift and the suspense leading up to it. “It can be something as innocuous as that but that was enough to spice up their life,” says Banner.
