10. You approach exercise as punishment, not nourishment
Many people have the mindset that exercise was created as punishment for living an unhealthy lifestyle (and maybe, in some ways, it was). But you don’t need to approach it with that attitude. Cardiovascular fitness and weight training (not to mention, eating well) nourish the body and give you strength and confidence in other aspects of your life. So working on transitioning to a more positive mindset and approach to exercise—it’ll make that much easier to get the body you’ve always wanted.
