9. You’re stuck on short-term results
Most of us desire immediate results and quick feedback—especially in the gym. Unfortunately, training results—whether strength, size, or fat loss—don’t often come quickly. Don’t look for the quick fix. Instead, look at the big picture and create a lifestyle that supports the goals you’re trying to reach. It’s the only way you’re going to obtain and maintain health, conditioning, strength, and size in the long term.
