Workout 6: Rows
You need: Kettlebells, barbell
How: Perform the assigned number of reps of each exercise before moving on to the next exercises. Rest one minute between exercises and repeat the full list of exercises twice.
1) Turkish getups (10; 5 on each side)
2) T-Bar rows (12)
3) Kettlebell windmills (12; 6 on each side)
4) Inverted rows (10)
