This WOD is a Tabata mash-up. (Tabata is a type of workout where you perform a move for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, then repeat.) For this WOD, alternate between each exercise (so 20 seconds of one move, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of the other move, 10 seconds of rest, etc.). Repeat for a total of eight minutes.

- Lunges, alternating legs
