The Squat Routine
(From Eric Hamilton of Kaizen CrossFit in Las Vegas, Nevada)
Start this WOD off by spending two minutes in the bottom of a squat position – take breaks if you need them but you need to accumulate a full two minutes before you can move on.
Then do 3 rounds of the following moves:
- 10 burpees
- 15 sit-ups
- 20 air squats
