8. Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curl
What it works: biceps
How to do it: Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your sides. Curl one dumbbell, rotating your wrist so your palm is facing you. Make sure you’re not using momentum to swing the dumbbell up. Lower the weight, and rotate your wrist back to the start position. Switch sides between reps.
