Whether it's your butt or the bottle that's in the air, yoga and beer can bring enlightenment. Put them together and you've got…well, a good time. Eleven-year veteran yoga instructor Britt Tagg, of Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, has watched yoga trends come and go, but sees the hopped-up yoga classes as one clever way to get yoga to more people. "The beer makes yoga seem less intimidating, so these classes attract beginners," she says. "It's a little gimmicky, but there's nothing wrong with some fun." That means more people will give the ancient practice a try, even if it might turn off yoga purists. Just remember: Balance poses before beer, and no inversions after imbibing. Here are a few breweries that offer yoga sessions.
