14. Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt’s first breakout role came on the sitcom Parks & Recreation as the lovable, overweight, snack-eating Andy Dwyer, but once he started booking more serious roles in films like Moneyball and Zero Dark Thirty, Pratt started to get shredded. Pratt become a worldwide star when he landed the role of Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, and that’s where his real bulk-up began. Everyone remembers this shirtless selfie of Pratt’s that debuted his rock-hard six-pack for the world, and he kept it going in Guardians, doing “three or four hours a day of consistent- ass-kicking hard work,” as Pratt described to Men’s Fitness. Pratt ended up dropping 60 pounds in six months, going from flabby to totally jacked using workout sessions of P90X, running, swimming, boxing, kickboxing, and a triathlon. Pratt also used this intense Guardians of the Galaxy workout routine and this fat-shredding workout for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Jacked Pratt will be back for more in 2018: He has Avengers: Infinity War and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom set to hit theaters.
