Reboot a boring cardio session while firing your metabolism to burn more calories. Do these three exercises (click on each to watch a video demonstration) back-to-back without rest:
- 15 Barbell Power Clean to Squat Press
- 15 Barbell Bent-Over Row
- 15 Barbell Floor Wide-Grip Chest Press
That’s one set. Rest for 90 seconds at the end, and repeat for four total sets. You’ll use one barbell for the entire workout, so choose a weight based on your weakest exercise (typically the row).
