Cardio Chaos Pyramid
Do four rounds, resting for 30 seconds at the end of each one. The first time through perform each move for 30 seconds, the second time perform each move for 45 seconds, the third time go for 60 seconds, and the last time return to 30 seconds. —Tom Holland, exercise physiologist and Bowflex fitness advisor
- Ice skaters: Start in a crouch with all your weight on your right foot and arms swung toward the right. Staying in that crouch position, swing arms to the left while jumping to the left and landing with weight on left foot. Reverse and repeat.
- Split jumps: Lunge forward with right foot, then jump up explosively and land in a lunge with left foot forward.
