Civilian Military Combine
The Civilian Military Combine is pretty much what happens when you cross a CrossFit WOD with an obstacle course race. Competitors start the race by completing a five-minute CrossFit-style workout consisting of a three-move AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of bodyweight and strength exercises, then proceed to the race course. Like other obstacle-course races, the four- to five-mile run includes 25 obstacles, including ladder climbs, rope swings, and balance beams.
