Burpees are a phenomenal conditioning tool that targets almost every muscle in your body as fast as possible. It’s so effective that just a few reps will spike your metabolism for extra fat burn after you leave the gym. But instead of doing burpees throughout your workout—which will fatigue you and possibly compromise your technique on heavier lifts—do burpees at the end as an ass-kicking finisher.
How to do it:
