The Sports Conditioning 7-Minute Workout
Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest 5 seconds in between. Perform circuit three times.

- Spiderman Pushup
- Bicycle Crunch
- Side-to-Side Shuffle
- One-Leg Squat Touch
- Pushup & Rotation
- Side Plank
