As wonderful as well-defined pecs are, scrawny legs are not a turn on. Working chest, chest, and more chest, always to the detriment of leg day, pretty much means you end up looking like the lopsided, funhouse-mirror version of yourself. ”Top-heavy gym-goers are easy to spot, no matter how baggy their shorts,” says Matthew Miller, a personal trainer in Miami Beach, Florida. “Instead of heading straight for the bench press on Mondays, prioritize squats and deadlifts to help fill out those trunks.”
