PDT may be an acronym for Please Don’t Tell, but it didn’t take long for this Prohibition-era inspired speakeasy to generate buzz in Manhattan and well beyond. Located within an inconspicuous hot dog joint, Crif Dog, you step into the eatery’s vintage phone booth, pick up the phone, give the hostess your name and before you know it you’ll find yourself in the cavernous space known as PDT. One inside expect a tightly curated menu of high-quality seasonal cocktails, beer, wine, and of course the option to order up a few hot dogs.
