Opened in May 2007, Clyde Common is a European style tavern known for their well executed food and drinks, which come served in a casual, but upbeat atmosphere. Best known for their barrel-aged cocktails, extensive whiskey selection, absinthe, and local beers, among their most popular libations is their Bottled Sparkling Americano, a mix of Campari, Dolin sweet vermouth, water, and orange oil, which comes carbonated and bottled.
