Cucumber Kale Juice

- 1 bunch of kale
- ½ English cucumber, peeled if desired
- 2 mandarin oranges
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
The Benefits: This antioxidant-packed juice has a bright, citrus flavor. “We all know kale is a nutrient powerhouse, but don’t discount cucumbers,” says Caspero. “They contain lignans, a polyphenol that’s been shown to reduce risk of heart disease and prostate cancer.” And besides vitamin C, oranges are packed with potassium, folate, and B vitamins, Caspero says, making this green juice a great post-workout refresher.
