Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pear
- 1/2 lime
- 1/3 bulb fennel, with stems and herbs
- 3 leaves romaine lettuce
The Benefits: This juice gives you vitamin-rich romaine, hydrating cucumber, and digestion-aiding fennel. “Fennel contains oils that help ease bloating and discomfort,” says van Wyk.
