Ingredients
- 1 to 2 stocks kale, depending on size
- Handful spinach
- Handful of sunflower greens
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- ½ lemon
- ½ lime
- ½ green apple
- ½ cucumber
- Ginger to taste (up to the size of your thumb)
Makes 12 ounces
