Part 2: Cardio-Strength Complex
The cardio-strength complex is where your heart rate really rises. Set a timer to count 16 sets of 45-second intervals, then complete the following four exercises in succession, performing each exercise for 45 seconds before repeating the circuit to complete four total rounds. It’s technically only 12 total minutes of work, but expect your muscles to ache and your lungs to burn as you complete the complex.
