Calorie-Crushing Body-Weight Workout

Challenge yourself with this body-weight workout you can do practically anywhere. There are only three exercises, but you will still burn a ton of calories, and push your muscles to exhaustion.

The workout is as follows: perform each exercise 10 times and then drop it down one rep until you reach zero. (So, do each exercise 10 times, then 9 times, then 8, and so on.)

Sometimes, simple is better.
