Don’t torture yourself for two to three hours in the gym. This express routine from Jericho will have you on your way in less than half that time.

How to Do It:
Pick a rep range between 50 and 100 and do each exercise that many times without stopping. Make sure to choose a weight that feels easy and de. nitely have a spotter handy. For reference, Jericho might use only 95 pounds for the bench press. You should probably use less.

- Leg Curl
- Bench Press
- Lat Pulldown
- Seated Row
- Shoulder Press
- Biceps Curl
- Triceps Extension
“It doesn’t matter if you do . at bench or incline, dumbbell curls or straight-bar curls,” says Chris Gonzalez, Jericho’s trainer. “It just has to be that movement.” So choose a different handle for your pulldowns and rows but don’t replace them with a different exercise. “I defy anyone not to feel sore everywhere the next day,” Jericho adds. “If you did it properly and with the right motion, it will kill you.”
