It is indisputably better for your body to spend some time standing during the workday (though not all day—you get fatigued when on your feet too long, which can lead to muscle compensations and tightnesses just like too much sitting does). But, sorry, walking at the slow pace you need to sustain to get actual work done just doesn’t replace a gym session.
