What is clear: Coffee is something many of us drink, and while the science is still out on every health claim, no one should think twice about that daily habit. Of course — and you knew we were going to get to this — “moderation is key,” says Marie Barone, registered dietician and certified diabetes educator with the division of health management and education at UC Davis Medical Center.
