Feed Your Appetite Right
“If you have a big appetite, that’s fine,” says Walsh. “But eat lots and lots of veggies, the fiber will keep you full. I’ve never told people they could only eat a certain amount of vegetables because good luck eating 2,000 calories worth of them.” At every meal, your largest serving should be vegetables, says Walsh. The second largest should be a complex carb such as rice, sweet potatoes, or potatoes. Finish off filling your plate with a lean protein — fish is his favorite. Walsh says to steer clear of anything fried and if you feel like you need seconds, head back to the vegetables.
