Over the last month we’ve taken you from simple bodyweight movements in our foundations workout to advanced kettlebell movements. We started to introduce the barbell in our squat workout and worked on that explosive hip drive in our dumbbell snatch workout. It all culminates with today’s workout, where we’ll have you perform the clean and jerk, an Olympic total-body movement that is sure to turn heads in the weight room. There’s no better way to develop strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance than adding the clean and jerk into your workout routine.
