The Workout
It's time to use that squat. Ideally, you'll be able to squat 135 pounds. But if that feels heavy, drop down to 95 pounds and concentrate on tight, strong form. Do three unbroken rounds as fast as you can (but, again, keep your squat form tight).
- Row 400 Meters
- 15 Back Squats 135 Pounds (95 Pounds)
- 20 Toes to Bar
