Now that you've done the first workout from this series (right?), it's time to add some equipment. Get yourself a jump rope and some light dumbbells, both of which will be at pretty much any gym in the world, but you can buy both from a big-box retail store if you're into exercising in your living room. Watch the videos below to get a feel for the moves. Then we'll go through a warm-up and the workout.
