It doesn't matter if you're a workout greenhorn or an ex high school ball player trying to get back in action: The first few months of any fitness journey are always the hardest. So we've put together a series of workouts that don't require a trainer, class, or instruction manual. All they take is dedication. Here are the first five moves that will get you comfortable using your whole body: jumping jacks for your heart, push-ups for your upper body, planks and ab stretches for your core, and burpees for damn near everything.
