How He Did It: The December 2015 Men’s Fitness cover star used an intense workout to get sculpted for Creed, which included bench dips, triceps pulldowns, dumbbell kickbacks, dumbbell rows, barbell curls, bentover rows, and squats. He got even bigger for his role in 2018’s Black Panther, starring as the main antagonist to T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman), playing old rival Erik Killmonger.
