How She Did It: Brie Larson did all kinds of work to get in shape to play Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel, including 275-pound hip thrusts, rock climbing workouts, hammer swings like Thor, med ball throws, mixed martial arts training, band workouts, boxing, and more. She also pushed some heavy weight. As you can see in the Instagram post above, Larson pushed a 5000-lb truck for 60 seconds to get in a tough workout. Not bad for the hero.
