The Hero: Drax
How He Did It: The 6’5” former wrestler gave a killer performance as Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, a role in which he’s pretty much always shirtless. Bautista detailed the upper-body workout he used to get in shape for the film for Muscle & Fitness. To pump up his chest, Bautista used a five-exercise routine that included cable crossovers, weighted dips, chest press variations, and good old-fashioned pushups. To maintain his massive physique, he also does boxing, kickboxing, and weightlifting.
