“This workout was made specifically for obstacle competitions, and I called it ‘Warcour,'” says contestant Kyle Soderman. “It’s a high-intensity circuit training workout.”

Repeat for 5 or 6 total circuits
Calisthenics:
– 25 pushups
– 20 knee raises
Obstacle Course:
– Grip sequence
– Agility sequence
– Rope swing
– Balance sequence
– Cliff hanger
– Warped wall
Finisher: 10 Pullups
